Episode 6
The story
Dragon Valley: two armies of strangers on a crowded server. Our guide heads into the valley with his squad. Impending Fate, as is his custom, heads somewhere else entirely, and the squad cheerfully files him under the C story: the one that doesn't matter to the plot.
The first killer is a stranger called Molded Bed. Our guide's health is gone; Molded Bed's is untouched. Later, with a Javelin on his shoulder, our guide scans the valley for targets, and the same target finds him first. Two to nothing.
The Javelin is patient, and so, briefly, is our guide: a missile, and Molded Bed goes down. Then the C story joins the main plot. Impending Fate puts him down with a single rifle shot, through the windows. Inside a darkened building our guide takes four lives in eleven seconds. The third is Molded Bed.
The round ends 415 tickets to none. Our guide finishes third on the entire server. Against Molded Bed: two deaths, two kills, and one more from Impending Fate. A rivalry that lasted exactly one round.
